About the artist: Eunice is a self-taught artist who was born deaf. Despite her disabilities, Eunice had a passion for the arts and engaging people with her talent. In her spare time, as well as part of her job scope in an advertising agency, Eunice learnt to sew and weave. The immense joy and satisfaction that she received from these activities fuelled a passion to develop and perfect her craft. Primarily a textile artist, Eunice also learnt to paint, allowing her artistic expression to not be limited to one medium. Her work often explores the interactions between people and nature.
